At Rio we know how important it is for our customers not to wait an age to receive their goods.  Nothing is more frustrating than being excited for an item and being made to wait for it.  Our delivery policy takes this into account.

• All orders made before 12pm Mon-Fri will be sent the same day.
• All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day delivery.
• All orders are insured.
• All orders will need a signature on receipt.
• Next day delivery only applies to orders made before 12pm Mon-Thurs.
• Orders made before 12pm Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
