Returns are welcome here at Rio.  But there is some guidelines to protect ourselves as well as our valued customers.

• Returns postage costs is covered by the customer.
• Original postage costs will not be refunded.
• Returns will only be accepted if unopened.
• Returns that have been opened will be returned to the customer. The customer will cover return postage costs.
• Packaging must be in the same condition as it was sent.
